Inventory of materials
A report to display the quantity of the materials in the warehouse. It is also possible through this report to display the entering quantity (purchases - sales return - invoice at the beginning of the period) and the quantity left (sales - purchases return).
And display the cost of the material and the profit of the material from the sold quantities, and it is possible to determine the profit of the material within a period that can be determined from the report request screen.
Notice
When requesting a material inventory report and the presence of more than one warehouse, the report will display the quantities of materials in all warehouses and to display a report in a specific warehouse, the warehouse must be defined on the report request screen.
To access Inventory of materials
Stocks - Reports - Total Reports - Inventory of material
Includes Report Request window
Material : The name of the material requested in the report (in case a report is requested for all materials, leave blank).
Account : to link the material balance (material movement) with a specific account.
Materials groups : to request a report for a group of materials (a group of materials can be created through the material groups' card).
Account group : to request the material balance with an account group (an account group can be created through the account groups card).
Region : material balance (material movement) based on region.
Materials sort: To display the materials in the report according to the code or name.
Options
Show Folders: to show the father of the material in the report
Show Empty : to show the materials that have no movement.
Show Zero : Show the materials with a zero balance.
Show Debit : Show the materials whose balance is positive (there is a balance).
Show Credit : Show materials whose balance is negative (for example because of selling material and the balance was zero).
Show Materials : Show materials.
Show services : Show service materials.
